Our President Dr. Jitendra Joshi and Secretary General Ms. Deepali Gadkar joined
dignitaries, ambassadors, and thought leaders in this prestigious event. The ceremony
featured a captivating keynote address by H.E. Mr. Ermindo Augusto Ferreira, High
Commissioner of Mozambique to India and Dean of the African Heads of Missions, who warmly
welcomed all attendees. Guests, including the Honorable Dr. S. Jaishankar, Minister of
External Affairs, Government of India, shared insights into India-Africa diplomatic and
economic relations. H.E. Jacqueline Mukangira, High Commissioner of Rwanda to India, also
joined this event.
