organized the HR and Admin Excellence Awards 2024 on
October 4 at The Grand Heritage Resorts at Kondhapuri, Pune. The Human Resource and Admin
personnel were felicitated for their outstanding work, in the presence of chief guests – Mr.
Rahul
Gawande, Additional Commisioner GST, Pune and Mr. Sagar Bhosale, Managing Director of
Schmersal India Pvt. Ltd.

The programme began with the Indian National Anthem. Founder and Global President of GIBF,
Dr. Jitendra Joshi delivered the welcome speech and introduction of the theme. He introduced
GIBF and explained its objectives to the audience.
The chief guests were then felicitated by Dr. Joshi and Co-founder and Secretary General of
GIBF, Deepali Gadkari.

A panel discussion was held on Post-COVID and Upcoming AI Challenge in HR and IR wherein
the panelists shared valuable insights on the topic and satisfactorily answered the queries of
the
audience. The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Joshi.
Mr. Gawande and Mr. Bhosale felicitated the awardees after giving enlightening speeches. The
vote of thanks was proposed by Deepali Gadkari. The programme ended with a networking
session over dinner.
