Mr. Yerlan Alimbayev, Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted the Honorary Membership of Global India Business Forum, in the presence of Global President Dr. Jitendra Joshi and Global Youth Co-ordinator Mr. Abhishek Joshi. About Kazakhstan

The Republic of Kazakhstan, or simply called Kazakhstan, is a transcontinental country which is located in Central Asia, with some part of the country in Western Europe. It is also the largest landlocked country in the world, with a land area of 27,24,900 sq. km. Kazakhstan is said to be the most dominant country in the Central Asia region as the country generates nearly 60% of the region’s GDP and hence has a major influence on other countries in this region through its oil and gas industries.Kazakhstan shares its borders with countries like Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. It also has a large part of the Caspian Sea in its territory. Kazakhstan’s terrain mostly consists of flat lands, steppe, taiga, rock canyons, hills, snow-capped mountains and deserts, thus showing that the country has a huge variety of terrain at its disposal.
