The Global India Business Forum (GIBF) - a non-profit international business chamber inaugurated in 2016 by the then Cabinet Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Shri Kalraj Mishra, and Vibrant Goa Foundation (VGF) - a platform dedicated to fostering economic growth, cultural exchange, and technological innovation in Goa, founded on the vision of the late Shri Manohar Parrikar and guided by the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19th June, 2026.
The MoU was signed by Founder and Global President of GIBF, Dr. Jitendra Joshi and Mr. Rasik Naik, President of VGF in the presence of GIBF’s Secretary General Ms. Deepali Gadkari and VGF’s Secretary, Mr. Ajay Gramopadhye. The MoU outlines the framework of collaboration between the Parties to organize India–Africa Business Conclave, Edition – 4, 2026 to be held on 29-31st October 2026 in Goa, India. The objective is to strengthen India–Africa trade and investment relations, promote economic diplomacy and bilateral cooperation, facilitate B2B, B2G, and G2G engagements and encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange.
Ambassadors/High Commissioners/Diplomats/Consul Generals of 25 African countries and around 100 international business delegates, investors, policymakers and industry leaders will be attending the event.
