Ms. Jacqueline MUKANGIRA, High Commissioner of the Republic of Rwanda to India, at the Sovereign Hall, Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi on July 4, 2023. The celebration marks Rwanda's remarkable journey of liberation, progress, and prosperity. Global President of GIBF and Dr.Jitendra Joshi and Co-founder and Director, Ms. Deepali Gadkari graced the occasion on behalf of GIBF & presented the Ambassador a memento.
